Bonomi Cold Brew and BLR Brewing Co. Team Up to Create Hazelnut Cold Brew Stout

Bonomi Coldbrew Coffee and we at BLR Brewing Co have teamed up to create something truly different and amazing. Our Brewery team and Bonomi had a great idea to combine our love for both beer and incredible coffee creations. We decided to infuse Bonomi's famous hazelnut cold brew into an American stout and the result we got was the Hazelnut Cold Brew Stout. The stout flavors like chocolate and caramel combined with the flavors of coffee and hazelnut resulted in a truly remarkable concoction. We worked really hard in the brewery, tweaking the recipe to find the perfect balance. After numerous taste-tests and experiments, we found the sweet spot where the hazelnut cold brew blended well with the stout's awesomeness.
